Usage Data: We gather data on gameplay; levels (game saves), in-game activities, interactions, in-game & platform friends, and unlocked avatars to enhance your gaming experience.
Technical Information: We automatically collect information from your device and first-party platforms (e.g., META), including the type, operating system, device language, device territory, IP address, and unique identifiers, for game functionality, problem resolution and performance analysis.
VOIP Data: Voice communications are facilitated through our servers but are not recorded or stored.

2. Legal Basis for Processing of Your Data

As The Flip operates globally, including within the European Union (EU), we process personal data under the legal bases outlined in the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). These include the necessity of processing for the performance of a contract (Article 6(1)(b)), compliance with legal obligations (Article 6(1)(c)), and legitimate interests pursued by us or

However, it is important to note that while we strive to maintain the highest level of security, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is entirely secure. Therefore, we cannot guarantee absolute security, but we are committed to continuously reviewing and enhancing our security measures to protect your information to the best of our ability.

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Users must adhere to the age requirements set by META and/or other third-party platforms.
