Effective Date: 1 January 2019
Updated: 1 July 2026

This Privacy Policy ("Policy") describes how Future Tech Group ("FT Group", "we", "our", or "us"), including Future Tech Labs Ltd, Future Tech Games Ltd, Future Tech Distributions Ltd, Future Tech Studios Ltd, and Native AI Games, collects, uses, stores, and discloses information about users of our websites, applications, games, AI-powered services, software, virtual reality experiences, mobile applications, online platforms, and any other products or services that we own, publish, license, distribute, or operate, whether existing now or developed in the future (collectively, the "Services").

The Services include, without limitation, our websites located at www.ftl.ltd and nativeai.games, as well as all current and future products, features, downloadable content, online services, and games published under the Native AI Games brand, including but not limited to Inklings and JiffyPlay.

This Policy is incorporated into and forms part of our applicable Terms of Use, End User License Agreement ("EULA"), and any other agreements governing your use of the Services. By accessing or using any of the Services, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Policy and consent to the collection, use, storage, and disclosure of your information as described herein.

1. Information We Collect on the Services

PLEASE NOTE: Many of our products (including Curiscope Posters) do not collect or transmit any data from your device to us. Other Services, including but not limited to Multiverse and Native AI Games products, may collect, transmit, process, and store certain information as described in this Policy in order to provide functionality, maintain security, improve our Services, prevent fraud, enforce our agreements, and comply with applicable legal obligations.

1.1. User-provided Information:

When you use the Services, we may collect or you may provide information about you and we may link this information with other information about you. Depending on the service, you may provide us with information in various ways on the Services. For example, you provide us with information when you register for an account to use the Services (we will collect your email address, and allow you to create a username and password), subscribe to our newsletters, use the Services, make a purchase on the Services, or send us customer service-related requests.

Depending on the Services, this information may include your name, email address, username, display name, password, date of birth or age verification information, profile information, avatar, account preferences, authentication credentials, and any other information you voluntarily choose to provide.

For Services that include artificial intelligence functionality, we may also collect prompts, instructions, requests, responses, generated content, feedback, ratings, reports, and other information that you voluntarily submit while using AI-powered features.

If you voluntarily provide feedback, bug reports, feature suggestions, survey responses, or participate in beta testing, we may retain such information to improve our Services, investigate issues, develop future products, and provide customer support.

In some instances, we use login technologies that allow us to log you in to the Services using a third party login, for example an Oculus / Meta Quest Account. In these instances certain personal information from the third party including, but not limited to, your username, friends list and avatar icon may be transferred to us so that we can provide you with the Services.

1.2. Cookies and Automatically Collected Information:

When you use the Services, we may send one or more cookies – small text files containing a string of alphanumeric characters – to your device. We may use both session cookies and persistent cookies. A session cookie disappears after you close your browser. A persistent cookie remains after you close your browser and may be used by your browser on subsequent visits to the Services. Please review your web browser “Help" file to learn the proper way to modify your cookie settings. Please note that if you delete, or choose not to accept, cookies from the Services, you may not be able to utilize the features of the Services to their fullest potential.

We may use third party cookies on our Services as well. For instance, we may use Google Analytics or a similar service to collect and process certain analytics data. These providers may collect information in accordance with their own privacy policies.  To learn more about how Google Analytics uses your information and what choices you have, please visit www.google.com/policies/privacy/partners/. FT Group does not process or respond to web browsers’ “do not track” signals or other similar transmissions that indicate a request to disable online tracking of users who use our Services.

We may also automatically record certain information from your device by using various types of technology, including but not limited to “clear gifs" or “web beacons.” This automatically collected information may include your IP address or other device address or ID, web browser and/or device type, the web pages or sites that you visit just before or just after you use the Services, the pages or other content you view or otherwise interact with on the Services, and the dates and times that you visit, access, or use the Services. We also may use these technologies to collect information regarding your interaction with email messages, such as whether you opened, clicked on, or forwarded a message. This information is gathered from all users, and may be connected with other information about you.

For Native AI Games and other Services utilizing virtual credits, subscriptions, or digital entitlements, we may also automatically collect and retain transaction records, virtual credit balances, credit consumption logs, timestamps, purchase history, usage history, redemption records, account identifiers, game session identifiers, device identifiers, IP addresses, and related technical logs. We retain this information for purposes including fraud prevention, abuse detection, security investigations, customer support, auditing, dispute resolution, enforcement of our Terms of Use and EULA, protection of the integrity of our virtual economy systems, compliance with legal obligations, and maintaining accurate account records.

We may also maintain server logs, authentication logs, API request logs, error reports, security logs, and other operational records to monitor system performance, diagnose technical issues, investigate incidents, prevent unauthorized access, detect cheating or exploitation, and protect the Services and our users.

1.3. Information Disclosed While Using the Services:
When using the Services , including participation in multiplayer games, virtual environments, chat features, AI interactions, voice communications, forums, or other user-to-user features made available through the Services, you may disclose to us and to other users of the Services information about you. This may occur when you engage in conversations, chats, or other user-to-user interactions. We may collect, store, process, review, and use such communications and content to the extent permitted by applicable law, including for moderation, customer support, abuse prevention, fraud detection, investigation of violations of our Terms of Use, enforcement of community guidelines, protection of users, security monitoring, and improvement of the Services.

1.4. Payment Information:

If you choose to access or use parts of the Services that require payments or fees, we may require you to provide financial information to us for the purpose of processing those payments. We may provide your payment information to third party payment processors who process transactions on our behalf. We may also collect and retain information relating to the transactions you conduct.

Depending on the Services, we may also retain records relating to purchases, subscriptions, refunds, virtual currency, virtual credits, digital entitlements, promotional credits, account balances, redemption history, and transaction timestamps for customer support, fraud prevention, auditing, dispute resolution, financial reporting, enforcement of our agreements, and compliance with applicable legal obligations.

1.5. Location Information:

We may use your IP address to obtain general information about the physical location from which you are connecting to the Internet.

1.6. Third Party Web Beacons and Third Party Buttons:

We may display third-party content on the Services, including third-party advertising. Third-party content may use cookies, web beacons, or other mechanisms for obtaining data in connection with your viewing of the third party content on the Services. Additionally, we may implement third party buttons (such as Facebook “like” or “share” buttons) that may function as web beacons even when you do not interact with the button. Information collected through third-party web beacons and buttons is collected directly by these third parties, not by FT Group. Information collected by a third party in this manner is subject to that third party’s own data collection, use, and disclosure policies. Please note that privacy choices you have made on FT Group will not carry over to third party sites or services (and vice-versa).

1.7. Information from Other Sources:

We may obtain information from third parties and sources other than the Services, such as our partners and advertisers.
